These Terms and Conditions are intended to:

Define the rights and obligations of each party following a purchase made on the website
By validating an order, the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
BOB CARLTON SAS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, the applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date and time the order is validated by the Buyer.
2. Prices
Prices for our products are indicated in euros, inclusive of French VAT (at the rate applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise stated, and excluding processing and shipping costs. These costs will be specified before the order is confirmed by the Buyer.
For orders shipped outside mainland France, the Buyer is considered the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer, both in terms of declaration and payment to the relevant authorities. We recommend that Buyers inquire with their local authorities regarding these matters.
All orders, regardless of their origin or destination, are payable in euros.
BOB CARLTON SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of order validation, subject to availability.
Products remain the property of BOB CARLTON SAS until full payment has been received.
Please note: once the Buyer takes physical possession of the ordered products, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Buyer.
3. Products and Characteristics
In accordance with Article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer may review the essential characteristics of the products on the website https://bob-carlton.com before placing an order.
Photographs, graphics and product descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. Depending on the quality of the Buyer’s screen, colors and physical appearance may vary. Bob Carlton SAS cannot be held responsible for these variations.
If a supplier modifies a product, the graphical representation of the product cannot engage the seller’s liability nor affect the validity of the sale.
4. Orders
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Only individuals with legal capacity to contract in their country of residence may place an order.
To place an order, the Buyer must register as a customer and provide the following information:

The order will be confirmed by BOB CARLTON SAS via email.
The sale is considered final only after confirmation of the order by BOB CARLTON SAS and full payment has been received.
The Buyer is advised to retain all order-related information. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance and signature of the transaction.
5. Payment
Payment must be made at the time of ordering. Amounts paid may not be considered deposits or advance payments.
Full payment is collected upon order validation. In the case of split shipments, only dispatched products will be considered charged.

BOB CARLTON SAS reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order in the event of non-payment of all or part of the amount due.
Payment due date: at the time of order.
No discount is granted for early payment.
As part of fraud prevention measures, order information may be transmitted to third parties for verification.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification or penalty.
The Buyer must notify BOB CARLTON SAS via the contact form available on https://bob-carlton.com/. Returns may only be made after a return number has been issued and must be clearly indicated on the package.
Returned products must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, etc.). Any damage caused by the Buyer will void the right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by BOB CARLTON SAS.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.

In the case of an exchange, new shipping costs will be borne by BOB CARLTON SAS.
7. Availability
Products are generally in stock and shipped within 48 hours.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Buyer will be informed by email. The order will be canceled and no payment will be charged.
In case of partial availability, BOB CARLTON SAS may ship available items first. The remaining items may be shipped later, replaced (with Buyer’s agreement), or refunded.
Shipping costs for subsequent deliveries are borne by BOB CARLTON SAS.
8. Delivery & Transfer of Ownership
8.1 Transfer of Ownership
Products remain the property of BOB CARLTON SAS until full payment has been received.
Risk is transferred to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the products (Article L.138-4 of the French Consumer Code).
8.2 General Information
Products are delivered to the address provided during checkout within the timeframe indicated on the order confirmation page.
In the event of a delay, the Buyer will be informed by email.
8.3 Delivery Times
Order processing times are generally under 72 hours.
Estimated delivery times:

Colissimo: 48–72 hours

Mondial Relay: 4–5 days to a relay point
Delivery times are indicative only. BOB CARLTON SAS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or recipient unavailability.
If delivery exceeds 30 days, the Buyer may cancel the order in accordance with Article L.138-2 of the French Consumer Code.
8.4 Receipt
Upon delivery, the Buyer must check the condition of the package. If damage is apparent, the Buyer must refuse the package and note the issues on the delivery slip. Failure to do so will prevent any claim.
9. Warranty & After-Sales Service
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and warranty against hidden defects as provided by Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

Returned products must be sent within seven business days following the issuance of a return number and must be in their original condition with all accessories and packaging.
10. Liability
Products comply with French legislation. BOB CARLTON SAS cannot be held liable for non-compliance with legislation in the destination country.
BOB CARLTON SAS is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product.
BOB CARLTON SAS cannot be held liable for failure to perform contractual obligations due to force majeure, stock shortages, strikes, transport disruptions or Internet-related issues (service interruption, external intrusion, viruses, etc.).
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The language of the sales contract is French.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website https://bob-carlton.com, Facebook page, Instagram profile and other official social media channels are the exclusive property of BOB CARLTON SAS.
Any reproduction, use or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
13. Personal Data
BOB CARLTON SAS collects personal data necessary for order processing, service improvement and legal compliance.
In accordance with French law dated January 6, 1978, the Buyer has the right to access, rectify and object to personal data directly via https://bob-carlton.com/.
14. Record Keeping & Proof
BOB CARLTON SAS archives orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium in compliance with Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
Electronic records shall be considered valid proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
