Returns & Refunds

You may return your item within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.

• All accessories, dust bags, labels and accompanying materials must be included.

• Any item showing signs of wear, use, alteration or damage will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team before sending any item back.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or refusal of your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Final Sale Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund, unless otherwise required by law.
